The Neighborhood and Community Improvement Program is a citywide program where funds from the Transient Occupancy Tax are divided into the different neighborhoods in our community to be used for projects deemed important to the neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has a representative and an alternate to this program. Residents can suggest and nominate a project for consideration, which is then forwarded to the committee for consideration. Normally this is done in February of each year. As future funds are available for distribution, look for an update on this site or email our NCIP representative, Chinyere Ogbonna, directly.
