The City of Monterey will host a Winter Storm Ready Town Hall on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at the Monterey Conference Center from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend this informational event which will feature a panel discussion with storm preparedness experts.
The panel will include :
- the City of Monterey’s Emergency Management, Fire Department, and Parks division
- PG&E
- County of Monterey’s Department of Emergency Management
PG&E will discuss electrical systems during storms and power outage restoration and the County of Monterey will go over their storm alert systems.
